NCSI Residential Program

Welcome to the Residential Program Department. NCSI Residential Program is committed to creating a home-away-from-home environment while honoring Dine Language, Culture and Identity in a safe and healthy environment for all students to succeed.

The Residential Building is located behind the Main school building. The Residential Program has separated boys and girls sleeping wings, individual rooms (4 student per room), and one common area. NCSI Residential Program can accommodate 48 students, 24 girls and 24 boys. NCSI Residential Program operates Sunday through Friday. Transportation is available for Residential Students.

NCSI Residential Program is available to eligible students attending NCSI. NCSI Students in grades 1st through 6th have the opportunity to reside on campus. Campus life is fun filled with goals to help each students do well in school. Living on campus is a great war for students to interact with friends and experience independent living. Campus life goals are to help each student achieve academically, support/encourage team building, provide effective program, strengthen our Navajo Language/Culture and our long-term goal is college and career readiness.

Campus life includes a daily dose of 1 hour study tine and 1 hour recreational/fitness time. Throughout the week, NCSI Residential Program offers 1 hour Wellness programs and 1 hour Navajo Language/Culture Programs. There are daily, weekly and monthly activities offered at the dorm.
